First Time in Malaysia

It had only been a couple months since I got back from South Korea and I was already itching for another vacation overseas. Where better than to go where I can see this gorgeous woman who by miracle of fate, calls me her boyfriend. I made my mind set the moment she offered to be my tour guide if I ever came to Malaysia. Within a couple days I made my plans and purchased the round-trip tickets to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “Round-trip tickets”…I’ve learned to hate those two words, but that’s another story for another blog post. I purchased those tickets and made my plans before asking for some vacation time off from my work place, that’s how confident I was going. I was going to start this adventure with this woman. I needed to show her I was serious about us. I needed to know if this was just a fantasy or was she ready to start an adventure with me.

It all comes together eventually…

Making mistakes is part of life.  How you handle them defines your character.  I won’t dive into my mistake, but I walked away stronger.  Although, a less positive outlook on my future.  Turning 40 right after the whole ordeal I decided to give up on finding happiness in the dating life.  I  didn’t think I had enough time in my life to start all over with a relationship that may or may not lead to marriage and eventually kids.   This last incident burned me pretty bad and I was pretty set on just staying single.
